Notes on NYRA

This is an account of NYRA's actions with regard to the Racecourse and its history. We believe that NYRA has shown itself to be at best an unreliable steward of their property and an organization that has disregarded their legal obligations towards their historically significant property and the people of Saratoga Springs. Since the goals of the Friends are that NYRA obey laws, promote and preserve the history of the track, and be sensitive to the environment, we believe it will help everyone to know of their previous horrendous record in this regard
